14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
